Baker IT Solutions provides managed IT support, network management, and consulting services to businesses in the greater [service region]. This policy describes the personal and business information we collect through our website and in the course of delivering services, how we use it, and how you can reach us with questions.
We collect information in three ways: directly from you, automatically through our website, and through the managed devices and networks we support.
Client and network information is used to deliver, bill for, and improve our services — including detecting and responding to security incidents on managed systems. Website form submissions are used only to follow up on your inquiry. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
We share information with subprocessors who help us deliver service — for example, remote monitoring software, ticketing systems, and cloud backup providers — under agreements that require them to protect it. We disclose information beyond this only where required by law.
We retain client data for the length of the service agreement, and for up to 90 days afterward to support offboarding, billing disputes, or legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us below. We’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
